Collection of your Personal Information: Personally, Identifiable Information (PII) We do not collect personal identifiable information about you unless you choose to provide that information to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal identifiable information when you decide to use certain products or services available on the site. This may include to complete the Contact Form, Registering for an account on our Site. Sending us an email message, Payment Form and submitting a credit card or other payment information when ordering or purchasing products and services on our Site. Use of your Personal Information: We use such (PII) to respond to your inquiries and will communicate with you in relationship to the courses, services and programs you have requested from us. Also, to deliver the services you have requested.

We may also use your personal information and may keep a record of your (PII) to inform you of other products or services available from Tatiana Aviles, LCSW-C LLC Bilingual Counseling Services. At any time, if you decide that you no longer wish to receive emails from us, or any other materials please email us immediately at [email protected] and explicitly write “Stop sending me emails and delete my personal information”. Sharing Information with Third parties: Tatiana Aviles, LCSW-C LLC does not sell, or lease its customers lists to third parties.

Any personal identifiable information (PII) you chose to provide is secure and protected from unauthorized use. Our website www.taviles.com uses reasonable security measures to assist in protecting against the loss, misuse, and alteration of personally Identifiable Information which is under our control. Encrypted security measures are in place that allow this business to share information between a user and a website. However, no system of transmitting data over the Internet can guarantee 100% security. You provide all such information entirely at your own risk.

Tatiana Aviles, LCSW-C LLC Bilingual Counseling Services fully protects the privacy and confidentiality of communications with its customers. At no time will Tatiana Aviles, LLC Bilingual Counseling Services, voluntarily divulge information about the relationship between themselves and their customers without written permission from them, or unless required to do so by law. Tatiana Aviles, LCSW-C LLC Bilingual Counseling Services promote the empowerment, health, and well-being of the customers by offering different types of therapy, support groups, coaching programs and/or E-courses that she has created. However, Tatiana Aviles, LCSW-C LLC Bilingual Counseling Services is a mandated reporter and will report any case of Abuse and Neglect. This applies to the offline services (face to face and teletherapy services).

Tatiana Aviles, LCSW-C LLC Bilingual Counseling Services does not disclose, share, or transfer any personal information about our customers unless required by law enforcement, or by federal law.

Tatiana Aviles, LCSW-C LLC Bilingual Counseling Services and her Coaching Program ask customers to give us a 24 hours-notice If the customer needs to change or cancel the time of appointment. We will make every effort to re-schedule sessions that are canceled in a timely manner. This also applies to the offline services (face to face and teletherapy).

Tatiana Aviles, LCSW-C LLC, Bilingual Counseling Services and their Coaching program request that customers notify us via email at [email protected] if customers wish to terminate or discontinue our services. We will terminate our therapeutic and/or coaching relationship and Agreement immediately. Additionally, if the customers do not cancel appointments in a timely manner on a regular basis, we will terminate our Coaching/Client relationship and Agreement immediately. This Agreement will become effective on the date the customer uses our website, registers, and the Coaching Agreement is signed by the customer. This will continue until its completion.

Tatiana Aviles, LCSW-C LLC Bilingual Counseling Services and her Coaching Program may terminate this Agreement immediately, and delete the customer account at its sole discretion at any time with or without notice to the customer. The customer may terminate this Agreement and request that we delete the customer account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason, all rights granted to the customer under this Agreement will cease.

In NO event shall Tatiana Aviles, LCSW-C LLC Bilingual Counseling Services and her Coaching Program be liable to the customer for any special, punitive, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind in connection with this Agreement.

Our website and all of the content, software, products and services, are provided through or in connection with our website and are “As Is” and “As Available” with no warranties whatsoever. Customers agree that they access our website and the products/content/services/software at their own discretion and at their own risk. Customers are solely responsible for any liability or damage they incur through access to, or use of our website or any products, services, and content.

We do not endorse, warrant or guarantee any products or services offered or provided by or on behalf of third parties on or through the website. “Customers accept the Disclaimer in full”. If customers disagree with any part of this Disclaimer, customers must not use our website. Additionally, this disclaimer covers all aspects of the educational courses/E-Courses offered by Tatiana Aviles, LCSW-C LLL, Bilingual Counseling Services.

The information, content, images, text, files, graphics, illustrations, audio, video, data, photographs, and other content contained on or otherwise made available for you through our website have one purpose: to educate, contribute to customer personal/professional development, and to inform customers about mental health topics. Customers approve that the content shall remain in the property of www.taviles.com. The content customers will be provided for their personal, noncommercial use. The trademarks, logos and services marks displayed on the website are property of this website. Customers acknowledge and agree that information such as text, graphics and hyperlink provided to them through our website are located throughout the global electronic networks known as the Internet and World-Wide Web and we are not responsible for the content of other websites and systems.

The E-courses and online courses ( instead of in-person) have been produced by Tatiana Aviles, LCSW-C and it is for educational purposes only and is not intended to provide a clinical diagnosis or substitute a formal mental health therapy. E-Courses and courses are to improve and strengthen the body and the connection between mind-body, to heal and to improve quality of life. By using the Courses and E-Course offered by Tatiana Aviles, LCSWC LLC Bilingual Counseling Services customers agree that my teaching only represents this business and we will provide them with the materials and information necessary to satisfy and cover the courses. Customers agree to fully release and waive all claims against Tatiana Aviles, LCSW-C LLC related to failure to understand or being satisfied with the Courses and E-Courses that we offer.

Courses and Our E-Courses are intended solely for customers who are at least age 18 years of age or older. Any use of or access to our Courses/E-courses by anyone under 18 years of age is unauthorized, and in violation of these terms of Use. By purchasing our Courses/ECourses, customers represent and warrant that they are 18 years of age or older, and that they agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If our Courses/E-Courses contain references or links to materials from third parties, we are not responsible for content or accuracy of their information. We will not have any liability for any third-party materials or websites.

Customers may not use this website or content in any unlawful manner or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the network security of our website. Customers may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or other property rights notices included on this website, or with the content.

A child’s parent or guardian is required to provide consent before Tatiana Aviles, LCSW-C LLC Bilingual Counseling Services collects, uses, or shares personal information from a child under the age of 13. We don’t deliver services or share materials to any minor. By purchasing any of our products/services you represent and warrant that You are 18 years or older, and that You agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

At the beginning, the customer will be required to use a credit card to buy and pay for any of our Courses, E-Course, services, or products. Customers can also pay via Venmo/Paypal, and CashApp. For the face to face services you will be asked to provide a credit card as well for cases that there is a No Show or late cancelation, the customer will be charged a fee (refer to the Client Consent and Agreement Form for more details).

For the Coaching program, the customer will provide a credit card; and in case the customer does not cancel the coaching sessions in a timely manner (24 hours before the session), we will bill you the full amount of the session. This also applies to Late Cancelation. If the client decides to cancel the coaching sessions at any time, there will be no refund of the money that the client has paid. Payments will be made before the coaching sessions (this is intended to save time for each client).

We do not accept any returns, and we do not refund any money regarding the courses, E-Course, or any other products that you have purchased. Therefore, customers shall be obligated to pay fees due to Tatiana Aviles, LCSW-C LLC Bilingual Counseling Services, and her Coaching Program.

Please note that any social media apps that you use may seek to connect you with us or with other visitors to this website, through a “people you may know” or similar feature. We have no control over apps that may intrude on the privacy of your treatment/services in this way. If you would like to minimize the risk of others becoming aware of your connection to us or this Site, please make use of the privacy controls available on your mobile device (cell phone or computer). Turning off a social media app’s ability to know your location, and refusing it access to your email account, contacts and history in your phone, all help to protect your privacy and confidentiality.
