“Speaking from ❤️” means speaking with genuine emotion through Art, where each of us gives ourselves the gift of expressing what we are experiencing in the moment. It is living “the present, living your moment of life”.

Through the exercise of painting on Canvas or using another technique of art, it helps you to release those emotions that have repressed. It is this discovery, it is the identification of the range of sensations and affection that accumulates in our soul every day!

For others it is a way to channel the stress or exhaustion of the week, or the representation of happiness and joy! The objective is achieved by bringing out any negative and / or positive emotions or thoughts, processing them in a different way, in an intimate, personal way and in a safe environment… It is simply putting color to the emotions!

I think art therapy will always be healing!!!
