“Set a goal that makes you want to jump out of bed in the morning”

“You will never have this day again so make it count”

Think about what Morning meant to you? Every week has 7 days of opportunities, and out of those 7 days how many mornings you could count as productive? I tend to have more energy during the day, I tend to be more grateful during the day as I tend to be more intentional during the day!

I was working in different jobs because that was what it was dictated since my young adult years. Time has passed, one year after another, without realizing that I have spent half of my working and productive life, working for others. As I am getting more mature, I realized I could work by doing what makes me really happy… which is working from home, being my own dictator or boss, and having more freedom. Dear friends, when I say freedom I am referring to two types of freedom: an “intellectual freedom” which I associate with the capacity to create content and build lesson for my patients (since I love to teach and help kids and adults to get a better understanding about mental health) Moreover, to partnership with therapists, coaches, educators, motivators that I believe can contribute and share their knowledge and experience for the benefit of others.

The other freedom that I am referring to is the “Freedom of having a real-time for myself”. It has been a great motivation to open my private practice when I know that I am in control of my time. I can make the decision to be more present for my family without worrying that the system/employer would not allow me to participate in activities at school, or feeling worried because my kids are sick and I can be there for them. Somehow, people like me, the ones that decide to make big changes, we need to have some risk-taking spirit! But, I have the main reasons to wake up every morning more motivated and intentional in what I do to get where I want to be!.

Since the moment I internalized that I could dream, and changed my thoughts, and my new thoughts have changed my emotions and my emotions have changed my actions. I am already started and I am halfway where I want to be!!!
